- You must have lodged a return claim with us and had your claim approved before returning any goods to us.
- If you are asked to return your goods to us, Edison Lane will cover shipping costs if the product is deemed faulty and the above requirements are met.
- If the product is not deemed faulty by Edison Lane, you will be liable for the return shipping cost, including the cost of sending the product back to you.
- If the returned product was purchased in an order with other products, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit on this cost.
- All returned orders must be trackable. It is your responsibility to track the delivery until is it received by us. Your return product will be actioned within 5 business days of receipt.
