  • Can I add emojis to my poster?

    Emojis are a part of life now; however, our systems do not recognise these, and the final product will not print correctly. We do not recommend using emojis or symbols in your personalisation.

  • Can I choose any design?

    At Edison Lane, your poster is customised uniquely for you to celebrate moments, places and people that are special to you. We have a wide range of styles, colours, and designs to choose from. Currently, we do not offer customisation outside of what is available on the website.

  • Can I have a different colour poster?

    All our designs have been carefully designed, curated, and tested to ensure that your final poster is perfect. Due to this, we do not offer customisation outside of what is available on the website.

  • Do you do digital downloads instead?

    At Edison Lane, we are passionate about providing a high-quality poster that you can hang in your home to celebrate your special memories. To ensure you only receive the best finish with our intricate and detailed posters, these can only be purchased in hard copy format.

  • Do you sell frames with your posters?

    We do not currently offer a framing service; however, we recommend Ikea Frames which can be found here

  • How accurate is my preview?

    While we try our best to match the preview shown on the website, different monitor and brightness settings can change the colour's perception.

  • My product is incorrect?

    Edison Lane takes quality control very seriously before dispatching your order; however, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive your product and it is incorrect or not what you ordered, please contact us via our contact us form here, so we can help resolve this issue.

  • What kind of packaging do you use?

    Your prints will arrive rolled in a sturdy cardboard box. We do not currently offer a framing service; however, we recommend Ikea Frames which can be found here.
